Each member of the Hatquarters team serves a specific role. In order to ensure all Members around the world are serviced effectively, we thank you for taking time to reach out to the appropriate individual who can most effectively offer you support.  Member Services Support

Member Services Manager
 
Responsible for leading the Member Services team which assists Members with joining the RHS, renewing their Membership(s), signing up for events and answering Member related questions.

Georgia Escobedo
Member Services Supervisor
 
Assists LaTonya with leading the Member Services team which assists Members with joining the RHS, renewing their Membership(s), signing up for events and answering Member related questions.

Lupe Geoffrey
Member Services Representative
Assists Members with joining the RHS, renewing their Membership(s), signing up for events and answering Member related questions.

LaShawn Magee
Member Services Representative
Assists Members with joining the RHS, renewing their Membership(s), signing up for events and answering Member related questions.


Calendar Countess
Member Services Support

Have a question about an event you would like to add to the Community Calendar (visible to all Members?)  

Dianne Davis
Member Services Support

Assists Members with joining the RHS, renewing their Membership(s), answering Community Calendar questions and answering Member related questions via email.


Shalia Gibson
Member Services Support

Directly responsible for monitoring, distributing and, in many cases, answering the many emails that arrive to Hatquarters, Shalia ensures emails are answered as quickly as possible.
 


Event Support  

Laura Lara
Event Producer
Laura works alongside our CEO, Debra Granich, to plan and execute the RHS convention locations, hotel needs, tour options and acts as a liaison with the venue(s) when coordinating Member needs. 


Renee Delgado
Member Services & Event Support

More specifically responsible for event registrations and updates (payment plans, updating their tour options, etc.), Renee also assists Members with joining the RHS, renewing their Membership(s), and answering Member related questions.

 

 Member/Ambassador Support

Jo Elliot
Manager – Member Experience and Ambassador Program
Responsible for Member and Ambassador Support and requests for Hatquarters representation at events.


Donna Hempel
Member Experience Specialist and Ambassador Program Support

Responsible for assisting Members in becoming new Ambassadors, requests for Membership supplies, Gift of Membership certificates and official RHS Proclamations. 


Advertising 

Kathy Bee
Know of a business that would benefit the Members of RHS?  Let Kathy know.  

Public Relations

Emily Yost
Marketing Director
Have an interview with a local newspaper, radio or television station?  Want to talk through how to handle the interview?    Have you been asked to speak at an event representing the RHS?  Need talking points or direction? Have a relationship with a person of importance in your area that would be willing to work with the RHS from a PR perspective?  Need an article or verbiage written for a local Museum that wants to display The Red Hat Society?  Want to coordinate a SKYPE call with Hatquarters during your next event?  Interested in having Hatquarters create a short "hello" video for your next event?  Emily is here to assist!
